How will I know when Olympia releases new features for their web portal and mobile app?

Olympia provides our clients with information pertaining to each new feature release via email and social media.

Are there any accounts not available through the online transactions platform?

Due to signature requirements, the following accounts cannot be opened through the online transactions platform; Corporate, Joint and RESP accounts. To open these accounts, please visit our Forms page or call us at 1-877-565-0001 for further support.

Will I be notified upon completing a transaction through the Olympia Online platforms?

Yes. Each transaction will provide you with a confirmation message once you have completed the transaction through our web portal or mobile app. When opening a new account or submitting exempt market purchase instructions, you will also receive an email confirmation.

Are there any transfers-in that are ineligible using the Olympia Online platform?

Due to signature and additional documentation requirements, the following transfers-in are ineligible through the Olympia Online platform; Registered Pension Plan (RPP), Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) and Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP). To facilitate a RPP, DCPP or DPSP transfer-in, please visit the government of Canada website (here) to obtain the T2151 Form or contact your previous employer/pension provider for more information. To facilitate an RESP transfer-in, visit our Forms page or call us at 1-877-565-0001 for further support.
